Jon is a California-based business litigator with over fifteen years of experience working on high-stakes cases for plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts and in arbitration. He has represented leading U.S. and multinational corporations in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, unfair competition, antitrust, price-fixing, monopolization, the False Claims Act, restraints of trade, products liability and intellectual property disputes. He has also represented individual plaintiffs in employment and First Amendment disputes.
Before founding Jonathan J. Faria, P.C., Jon was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a leading international law firm.
